Job summary

KARM Stores in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Donation Processor Shift Lead to help process donated items for resale. You will delegate tasks, receive and sort donations, inspect quality, and price items for the floor while supporting a fast-paced warehouse team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer and point-of-sale system skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delegating tasks and responsibilities with Processing Manager.
• Receive, sort, inspect and price donated items.
• Meet daily production goals (target: 35 pieces per hour).
• Maintain organization and safety in the processing area.
• Work with team to keep inventory moving efficiently.
