Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Proficient with basic office software (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Reliable, team-oriented and able to take responsibility during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Run production shifts operating automated systems.
• Respond to alarms and analyze data to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with engineers to stabilize processes and improve line performance.
• Balance lots, system alerts, and tool checks to safeguard yield.
• Grow into leadership through experience and mentorship opportunities.
