Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking a Process Engineer to design and run experiments, analyze data, and optimize semiconductor manufacturing with precision. You will apply statistical process control and collaborate with equipment and material partners to close gaps and drive improvements in yield, quality, and productivity.

This role involves night shifts and on-call as part of a 24/7 fab environment in Phoenix, AZ, with relocation assistance available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in relevant engineering fields.
• Numerical analysis, statistics, optics, chemistry, or physics coursework.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing process is a plus.
• At least 1 year of semiconductor industry experience as Process Engineer is a strong plus.
• Willing to work in a clean room environment.
• Polished presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Designing and executing experiments and interpreting results to optimize manufacturing.
• Apply statistical process control to sustain robust processes.
• Qualify and sustain processes to expand capacity with quality.
• Collaborate with suppliers and partners to identify tech gaps and improvements.
• Drive continuous improvements in process stability, quality, yield, and safety.
• Work in a 24/7 high-volume manufacturing environment as needed.
