Qualifications
- BS, MS, or PhD in chemical engineering with 14+ (BS), 12+ (MS), or 6+ (PhD) years of relevant industrial experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Thorough theoretical and practical understanding of own scientific discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to function as a principal investigator and generate original technical ideas.
Responsibilities
- Leverage core chemical engineering principles in experimental design, data analysis, and problem-solving.
- Adhere to code of conduct, safety, and GxP compliance across regulated operations.
- Function as a principal investigator, generating technical ideas and development strategies.
- Mentor and supervise a team, evaluating performance and guiding project work.
- Lead and present at scientific conferences and contribute to publications and patents.
