Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in chemical engineering or a related field and 14+ (BS),12+ (MS), or6+ (PhD) years of relevant industrial experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Thorough theoretical and practical understanding of own scientific discipline.
• Ability to function as a principal investigator and develop strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead research and/or project activities with scientists and mentor team members.
• Oversee design, implementation, and optimization of processes from development to commercialization.
• Contribute scientific insights across multiple projects and act as a principal investigator.
• Present at leading scientific conferences and author publications/regulatory documents.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and GxP standards.
