Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Process Piping Designer to join our Power Generation team. This role supports design, drafting, and QA for process piping on mid- to large-scale projects across multiple US locations, including Mt Laurel, NJ.

You will use CADWorx, MicroStation, and Navisworks to develop models, coordinate with engineers and clients, and ensure compliance with project standards, codes, and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a closely related discipline or 10+ years of equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of design/drafting experience with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation.
• High-level experience with both public and private sector work.
• 3D modeling design experience using Hexagon CADWorx or Hexagon Smartplant.
• Coordination model experience with Navisworks.
• Proficient with drafting and design support principles, practices, and techniques.
• Ability to lead mid- to senior-level staff with QA/QC adherence.

Responsibilities

• Develop process piping models and equipment arrangements with minimal direction.
• Prepare high-precision drawings and resolve design details with engineers.
• Ensure QA, code compliance, and proper documentation across projects.
