Strong leadership and client‑facing skills are essential. The role requires a PE license, 10+ years of experience, and expertise in BIM/3D modelling, hydraulics, and design documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; PE license preferred.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in one or more states in the United States.
• 10+ years of work-related experience in process‑mechanical engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead the process‑mechanical discipline on large pump station projects and related work.
• Engineer process‑mechanical systems following applicable standards and procedures.
• Prepare and coordinate design documents, specs, drawings, and basis of design.
• Manage scopes, fees, schedules, and staff resources for multiple projects.
• Provide QA/QC on own work and mentor junior engineers.
• Lead design reviews and value engineering efforts.
• Develop client relationships and support business development as needed.
• Collaborate with cross‑discipline teams and external consultants.
