Job summary

LG Energy Solution Michigan, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Process to lead process engineering and improvement activities in a manufacturing area, ensuring safe, stable, and efficient production operations.

The role oversees performance, optimization, yield and quality improvements, and technical problem solving, partnering with Production, Equipment, Quality, Safety, Engineering and global teams to achieve objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 7+ years of progressive process/manufacturing engineering experience.
• 3–6+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience with large-scale, high-volume, automated manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering and improvement activities to support safe, stable, efficient, and high-quality operations.
• Monitor process performance, yield, quality, and productivity KPIs to identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve stability and performance.
• Coordinate with Production, Equipment, Quality, Safety, and Engineering teams to support priorities.
• Develop and maintain process standards, specifications, and documentation.
• Support process validation, changes, and implementation of improvements.
