Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Process Excellence Specialist (Finance) to join our remote US team. You will lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives, apply lean and DMAIC, and partner with the CI organization to deliver measurable benefits.

You will build a culture of improvement, coach belt training, and drive kaizen events, with a target of delivering significant annual benefits while enhancing customer experience. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher with seven years driving continuous improvement across sectors (private/public/government/military).
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
• One year experience with Lean Value Stream Mapping.

Responsibilities

• Simultaneously lead / execute 3-5 complex, prioritized, cross-functional initiatives delivering expected results.
• Report on key milestones and critical business initiatives to ensure timely delivery.
• Use lean value stream mapping and DMAIC to collaborate with business leaders.
• Build our organizational continuous improvement culture by partnering with Solventum CI to coach functional team members during white / yellow belt training and through their respective projects.
• Lead assigned kaizen events as requested.
• Deliver $1M in annual project benefits while driving improvements in customer experience on respective projects.
• Facilitate change management with projects through delivery / conclusion.
