Job summary

Stantec Buildings is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead design and delivery of process and utility systems for semiconductor, biopharma and industrial facilities. You will provide technical leadership across project phases, mentor teams, and coordinate with clients and partners to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Qualifications

• PE licensure or ability to obtain PE within 6 months.
• Understanding of critical process and utility systems including ultrapure water and gas distribution.
• Strong knowledge of industry codes, standards, safety practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear client recommendations.
• Ability to balance technical quality with schedule and budget across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of process and utility systems for semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, biopharmaceutical, and other industrial facility projects.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and oversight through all project phases from concept to closeout.
• Develop and oversee engineering deliverables including design packages, specs, calculations, and reports.
• Collaborate with clients, multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and partners to deliver efficient facility designs.
• Guide process engineering teams through project execution, resource planning, and staff growth.
