Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline required; advanced degree preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in product/process development or commercialization.
Experience moving concepts to pilot trials and manufacturing.
Experience with DOE, statistics, or data-driven methods.
Experience in manufacturing/pilot plant environments.
Strong communication and teamwork across disciplines.

Responsibilities

Lead design, scale-up, and commercialization of new products and processes for engineered materials.
Translate customer needs into product concepts, process designs, and commercialization plans.
Plan and execute lab, pilot-scale, and manufacturing-scale development programs.
Collaborate with manufacturing, operations, quality, engineering, and supply chain.
Develop pilot and plant trial plans and analyze results for improvements.
Evaluate process capabilities and equipment needs for development projects.
Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
