The candidate will manage projects from concept through pilot trials, scale-up, qualification, and commercialization, collaborating with manufacturing, engineering, and commercial teams to deliver robust, market-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Design of Experiments (DOE) experience and data-driven development
• Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skills in development projects
• Experience leading product/process development and scale-up initiatives
• Collaborative work across multidisciplinary teams to commercialization

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, scale-up, and commercialization of new products and processes for engineered materials.
• Translate customer and market requirements into concepts, designs, testing plans, and commercialization strategies.
• Plan and execute lab, pilot-scale, and manufacturing-scale development programs to meet performance and business objectives.
• Partner with manufacturing, operations, quality, engineering, and supply chain to scale technologies.
• Develop and execute pilot and plant trial plans, analyze results, and recommend process improvements.
