You will analyze production processes, guide projects, coach teams on Lean tools, and partner with plant leadership to deliver measurable results. Direct-hire, salary range $85,000-$115,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with process improvement methodologies, including Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Knowledge of project management, industrial engineering principles, and data analysis techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence change.
• Experience in wood products manufacturing or other heavy industrial environments preferred.
• Proven ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Lead continuous improvement projects utilizing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Support 5S, CAPEX, and operational excellence initiatives across the facility.
• Review production data to drive informed business decisions.
• Coach and support employees on Lean tools and best practices.
