Qualifications

• 12+ years of process engineering experience in refining, chemical, or related facilities.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams on brownfield, revamp, or debottlenecking projects.
• Knowledge of process safety, codes, and regulatory standards.
• Strong client communication and decision-making with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Process Engineering Lead on assigned projects, coordinating deliverables.
• Define scope, estimates, schedules, staffing, and execution strategies for proposals and design projects.
• Lead development and approval of PFDs, P&IDs, heat and material balances, and process simulations.
• Manage changes through project change control and interface with multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide technical mentorship to engineers and designers; support senior leadership.
