Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering field is required.
• 5+ years of cosmetic product formulation experience.
• Experience in makeup/beauty and skincare emulsions is highly desired.
• Background in Packaging, R&D or a laboratory setting is advantageous.
• Strong documentation, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee new product development (NPD) and lifecycle management for Fenty Beauty.
• Lead pilot batches, line trials, and first productions; define success criteria.
• Schedule pilot and line trial meetings through commercialization.
• Maintain technical docs and support quality assurance with procedures.
