Qualifications

• 2+ years project management experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders including cross-functional partners and third-party vendors.
• Experience in Cosmetics, Personal Care or Beauty is preferred.
• Proven track record of taking ownership, creative problem solving, and delivering results.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Establish a timeline for delivering new products across multiple channels and brands.
• Create and manage detailed project plans with dependencies, owners, deadlines and durations.
• Drive issues to resolution through partnerships and structured problem solving.
• Perform risk assessments to keep projects on-time and within budget.
• Build partnerships internally and with external vendors to enable product delivery.
• Keep key partners updated on progress, risks and deliverables to drive completion.
