Kendo Brands, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Process Engineering to oversee technical project execution and product lifecycle management for Fenty Beauty and other core brands.

This role serves as a liaison between Operations and Development, providing leadership to ensure new products meet internal and external requirements from development through industrialization. You will collaborate with Packaging Development, Product Development, Quality, and CM suppliers to align specifications with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; a major in Science or Engineering is strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in cosmetic product formulation.
• Experience in makeup/beauty and skincare emulsions is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee new product development (NPD) and lifecycle management for Fenty Beauty and core brands.
• Lead pilot batches, line trials, and first productions, ensuring industrialization success criteria are defined.
• Coordinate with Packaging Development, Product Development, Quality, and external suppliers to align technical specs with manufacturing feasibility.
• Create comprehensive reports and maintain documentation for senior management.
