Job summary

Kendo Holdings, Inc. in San Francisco is seeking a Manager, Process Engineering to oversee technical project execution and product lifecycle for Fenty Beauty and core brands. You will bridge Operations and Development, coordinating with Packaging, Quality and external CM sites to align specs with manufacturing feasibility.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, with strong documentation and communication skills to drive successful product launches and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering required; strong cosmetic formulation background.
• 5+ years in cosmetic product formulation, preferably makeup/skin care emulsions.
• Experience in Packaging, R&D, or lab settings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee new product development lifecycle for Fenty Beauty and core brands.
• Coordinate pilot batches, line trials, and first production with clear criteria.
• Lead pilot meetings and translate requirements into technical specs for manufacturing.
• Maintain documentation and support manufacturing procedures and CAPAs.
