Job summary

Middough Inc. is seeking a Senior Staff Process Engineer, Agro-industrial, to lead complex process design and deliverables for Fortune 500 clients.

You will collect data, perform detailed calculations, prepare reports, coach junior engineers, and contribute to business development. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering, 20+ years of experience in process design and BOD, with PFD/P&ID, HYSYS/AspenPlus, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Chemical Engineering required.
• 20+ years of engineering analysis and design experience.
• PFD and P&ID development experience.
• Process modeling with HYSYS or AspenPlus preferred.
• Experience with agro-industrial processing facilities.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Experience sizing and specifying process equipment.
• Vendor coordination and bid evaluation experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects, estimate hours, define scope, staffing.
• Interface with clients to develop process design.
• Support scope, budget and schedule for process work.
• Develop specs and evaluate bids for best value.
• Provide field leadership and check installations.
• Prepare data, calculations and technical reports.
• Coach project team members.
