Brindley Engineering Corporation is seeking an experienced individual to lead process design for new and existing facilities, particularly in refinery and chemical applications. The role requires a minimum of 10 years experience in the field and offers a pay range of $140,000 to $185,000 annually, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and have technical expertise in P&ID development, hydraulic calculations, and industry standards.
Detail-oriented, reliable, creative team player to lead in process design for new and existing facilities. Analyze, calculate, and design new or revamped process equipment in refinery, chemical, and other industrial applications.
Pay Range: $140,000 - $185,000 annually.
The above pay range represents a general guideline; however, Brindley considers several factors when determining base salary that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, certifications, specific work location, and current market conditions. Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonus and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans in addition to base pay to reward individual contributions and allow employees to share in company results.
