Job summary

Brindley Engineering seeks an experienced Process Engineer to lead design and simulation efforts for refinery and chemical facilities. Responsibilities include revamp modeling, equipment evaluation, and preparation of PFDs, P&IDs, and instrumentation data.

Strong communication and field-adaptation are essential. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in process design, with experience across refining, petrochemical, or chemical plants, and readiness to meet client site requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering required.

• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

Job Description:

Process engineer with 10-15 years of experience in process design including simulation modeling of process plant type facilities (refining, petrochemical, chemical), preparation of PFDs/Heat and Material Balances, Equipment Specifications, P&IDs. Process design for new and existing facilities.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Simulation modelingforrevamping existing facilities
• Evaluations of existing equipment and hydraulic modeling
• Preparation of PFDs for the revamp conditions
• Updating P&IDs
• Preparation of Instrumentation Process Data
• Relief Systems Evaluation
• Participation in Safety Reviews

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor of Science inChemicalEngineering
• Experience: Min Yr =10+
• Technical Skills: Experience inprocess design,including simulation modeling of process plant facilities (refining, petrochemical, chemical), preparation of PFDs/Heat and Material Balances, Equipment Specifications,andP&IDs.
• Other Skills: Strongorganizational,written,and verbal communication skills
