Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking a senior leader to drive the Alternatives product strategy for Private Markets in the US and Real Assets globally. You will oversee roadmap development, coordinate cross-functional teams, and shape the platform, services and capabilities across front-, middle-, and back-office functions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Alternatives experience in back, front and/or middle office.
• Expertise with fund accounting, investor services and data management platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior leaders at clients and internal teams.
• Experience supporting sales processes, pricing and RFP responses.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the US Alternatives roadmap and global Real Assets offerings.
• Grow market share by partnering with Sales, Global Delivery, Technology and Alpha teams.
• Lead conception, development and implementation of new products, capabilities or services.
• Support annual planning and funding prioritization activities.
