State Street seeks an experienced leader to drive Alternatives projects within Real Assets. You will manage complex business transformations and technology development, interacting with senior management across business, technology and product teams.

The role requires strong program management, AI fluency, and the ability to translate strategy into concrete requirements and governance for delivery across global teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or related field.
• Strong working knowledge of Yardi essential.
• Experience in implementing AI process solutions.
• Minimum of 5-8 years within Alternative industry.
• Working knowledge of SDLC, Jira, Clarity and other development related tools.
• Knowledge of or experience leading projects related to the financial services industry is an advantage.
• Experience interacting and presenting to senior management around status and strategy reporting.

Mansioni

• Lead and/or perform execution of specified Alternative development programs, focusing on Real Assets.
• Use AI to manage project documentation including business case creation and requirements development plans.
• Facilitate program governance with policy compliance, risk, audit and compliance oversight.
• Act as product owner or business analyst for agile development programs including prioritization and sprint activities.
• Collaborate globally to share approaches and improve team capabilities.
• Manage project status meetings and report progress to senior management.
• Apply business and architectural knowledge to design and develop solutions.
