Job summary

HarbourVest Partners (U.K.) Limited is seeking a senior professional to support private credit portfolio construction and liquidity management. You will work with senior team members to analyze asset profiles, assist in capital allocation, and contribute to risk budgeting for evergreen funds.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of private credit investing experience with a track record in designing and implementing targeted portfolio construction in credit portfolios that encompass sub asset classes with varying risk and return profiles
• Knowledge of evergreen products and regulations including those with monthly or quarterly redemptions
• Sufficient IT capability to interact with colleagues in the design, implementation and improvement of tools designed to improve portfolio management
• Top level communications skills with ability to deliver it across mediums

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio construction for open-ended credit evergreen funds and assist with allocation and risk budgeting input to the EPMC
• Manage liquidity analysis, subscriptions, redemptions, credit facility sizing/usage, hedging, and portfolio asset sales; develop stress testing scenarios
• Support fundraising meetings with Wealth and IR colleagues; provide market outlook analyses and fund-raising responses
• Fulfils regulatory reporting obligations with Legal, Regulatory and Compliance teams for US and European regulators
• Aid with new product launches, liquidity and stress testing, and tactical planning for the Wealth channel
• Develop relationships across HarbourVest's Evergreen Fund Management, Evergreen Solutions and Wealth teams to scale the platform
