Job summary
HarbourVest Partners in Boston seeks a Senior Portfolio Operations Analyst to support private markets portfolio operations, data management, and IBOR oversight across Credit and Evergreen teams. Qualifications
- 5-7+ years in private markets, portfolio operations and analytics
- Strong understanding of credit markets, terms and data requirements
- Experience with IBOR processes and data reconciliation is a plus
- Proven ability to coordinate with internal teams and external service providers
- Proficient in Excel; familiarity with BI and data tools is beneficial
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily IBOR reconciliation standups with onshore and offshore teams
- Review and resolve reconciliation breaks to meet daily production timelines
- Coordinate timely trade capture in IBORs with offshore teams and external fund administrators
- Perform daily and monthly investment data reconciliations with external fund administrators
- Research data exceptions and enhance IBOR capabilities with Investment Data Operations
- Oversee multiple third-party administrator relationships to meet portfolio requirements
- Support strategic initiatives and operational improvements within Credit and Evergreen teams
- Partner with Technology and other stakeholders to enhance data reporting tools and automation
