Job summary

HarbourVest Partners is seeking a Vice President, Portfolio Manager to join the Evergreen Solutions team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will lead the development and management of credit evergreen funds, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions for wealth and institutional investors.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in relevant roles, 6+ years in private credit investing, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in relevant roles.
• 6+ years in private credit investing.
• Design and implement targeted portfolio construction.
• Knowledge of evergreen products and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Guide and lead portfolio construction for credit evergreen funds.
• Manage liquidity, risk, and capacity for portfolios.
• Support fundraising and client communications with distribution partners.
• Ensure regulatory reporting and compliance for US and EU regulators.
• Support product launches and market outlook analyses.
• Build relationships across teams to scale Evergreen solutions.
