IDEX Consulting Ltd seeks a seasoned Private Client Producer and Broker to establish and lead a dedicated Private Client / High Net Worth vertical. You will continue to manage your own book while building the strategy, strengthening carrier relationships and driving referrals across the firm.

You will shape the division, collaborate with current Producers, and have the autonomy to influence hiring and growth as the vertical expands.

Qualifications

• Proven success building Private Client / HNW book.
• Strong carrier relationships and referral networks.
• Ability to shape strategy and lead a vertical.
