EisnerAmper in New York seeks a senior Business Development Executive for Private Client Services to originate new HNW and UHNW client relationships across the firm nationally, covering tax planning, trusts & estates, family office services, outsourced accounting and advisory solutions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in senior business development or advisory roles.
• Active national network across high-net-worth advisors and professional services.
• Proven track record of originating PCS or private wealth engagements.
• Executive presence and credibility with HNW/UHNW families and advisors.
• Ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive the acquisition of new PCS clients nationally.
• Achieve a new business target of $1.2 million annually.
• Build and expand national relationships with private banks, wealth managers, RIAs and family offices.
• Serve as a senior ambassador for PCS within the national HNW ecosystem.
• Identify PCS needs among principals and owners of existing corporate relationships.
• Develop cross-referral pathways from corporate engagements into PCS services with leaders.
• Lead client meetings, proposals, and engagement term negotiations.
• Provide market insight and strategic recommendations to PCS and BD leadership.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM documentation.
• Collaborate with the National Head of BD and Head of PCS for alignment.
• Mentor PCS partners on market dynamics and COI strategy.
