IDEX Consulting seeks a Private Wealth Advisor to launch and grow a new practice in the New York metro area, backed by an established, employee-owned national brokerage. You will develop a client book from scratch or bring an existing one, supported by a large referral network and centralized planning resources.

The role emphasizes planning-led wealth management, cross-referrals, and collaboration with a remote team. A builder’s mindset and ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• CFP certification is required.
• Entrepreneurial, builder's mindset with a long runway.
• Experience building a book through referrals and self-starting initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build a private wealth practice using a holistic, planning-first approach.
• Partner with insurance and benefits producers for client introductions.
• Serve as primary Advisor across cash flow, protection, investments and estate planning.
• Leverage internal network and centralized teams to deliver sophisticated solutions.
