Job summary

ModMed is seeking a Privacy Systems Director to lead the enterprise architecture for privacy, AI, data governance, and legal operations. You will architect standards, drive privacy-by-design across IT, and integrate with InfoSec and enterprise systems.

The role requires 10+ years in enterprise privacy/SEC/GRC with expertise in OneTrust and DSPM/DLP tool requirements, plus GDPR/CCPA knowledge. This position offers remote US options, with strategic benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years in Enterprise Architecture, Legal Operations, Privacy Engineering, or Information Security.
• 12+ years leading GRC, Legal Tech, or Privacy architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design and dictate the strategic technology blueprint for Privacy, AI, Data governance, and Legal Ops.
• Evaluate, implement, and govern the broader Legal technology stack (eDiscovery, CLM, Matter Management).
• Identify and implement AI/automation in compliance workflows.
