Meta is seeking a seasoned Director to lead the Privacy Exam and Audit program, partnering with product, legal, and engineering teams to embed privacy-by-design across life cycles. You will own external auditors and regulators, translate technical reality into defensible compliance, and drive scalable privacy controls at massive scale.

This role requires 15+ years in product operations, program management, or compliance, with proven leadership and collaboration with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of product operations, program management, compliance, or IT experience.
• 15+ years delivering technical programs or products across organizations.
• Experience managing relationships with external auditors, independent assessors, or regulators.

Responsibilities

• Define and scale company-wide privacy compliance operating processes.
• Design and maintain scalable compliance operations with a clear roadmap.
• Develop testing procedures to measure privacy controls effectiveness.
• Develop KPIs to drive continuous improvement of the model.
• Build, lead, and grow a high-performing privacy team.
• Advise product, business, and engineering on privacy obligations.
• Own and manage relations with external auditors and regulators.
• Prepare and defend the compliance position in external reviews.
