CVS Health is seeking a Lead Data Privacy Engineer to advance enterprise privacy engineering and data protection. You will lead initiatives across data discovery, mapping, encryption, tokenization, anonymization, DLP, and privacy-by-design practices while collaborating with Cybersecurity, Legal, Product, and Compliance teams.

The role focuses on scalable architectures, governance controls, and automated solutions to protect regulated data while enabling secure data use across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Extensive privacy and data protection background.
• Experience with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise data protection and privacy engineering capabilities across structured and unstructured data environments.
• Design, deploy, and optimize Privacy Enhancing Technologies (PETs) including encryption, tokenization, anonymization, DLP, and related solutions.
• Partner with engineering, product, legal, compliance, and cybersecurity teams to embed privacy-by-design principles.
• Conduct privacy risk assessments, privacy impact assessments, threat modeling, and control evaluations.
• Drive governance, privacy metrics, automation, and emerging technologies to strengthen privacy posture.
