CVS Health is seeking a Lead Data Privacy Engineer to advance enterprise privacy engineering and data protection across structured and unstructured data. You will drive the strategy, design, and deployment of privacy-enhancing technologies and enterprise data protection solutions, aligning with regulatory requirements.

• 7+ years in Privacy/Data Protection engineering roles.
• 5+ years delivering enterprise-scale data protection capabilities.
• 5+ years cloud-native/DevSecOps experiences.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional privacy initiatives.

Mansioni

• Lead strategy and implementation of enterprise data protection and privacy engineering across data environments.
• Design and deploy PETs (encryption, tokenization, anonymization, DLP) to protect data while enabling innovation.
• Partner with engineering, product, legal, compliance, and cybersecurity to embed privacy‑by‑design and governance controls.
• Conduct privacy risk assessments and privacy impact assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
• Drive governance, metrics, automation, and analytics to improve privacy posture and efficiency.
