Qualifications

• Experience leading cutting/press crews.
• Strong knowledge of press maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ability to pass a color vision test and lift requirements as stated.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the cutting/press crew ensuring safe, efficient production.
• Oversee printing press operations, including ink/coating application.
• Complete production paperwork and manage crew performance during runtime and downtime.
• Train and support new equipment operators.
• Set up presses using written job instructions.
• Troubleshoot press operations and perform routine maintenance.
• Maintain high print quality by interpreting color bars and indicators.
• Assist in other pressroom operations and operate equipment as needed.
