Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in print production, including a supervisory or management role.
• Proficiency with offset, digital, or wide-format printing equipment and processes.
• Strong knowledge of prepress workflows, color management, and finishing techniques.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple jobs.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing a production team.
• Familiarity with print management software and MIS systems is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day print shop operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and production output.
• Manage and mentor print shop staff, ensuring quality performance and a positive team culture.
• Monitor and maintain printing equipment, coordinating preventive maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Ensure all print jobs meet quality control standards, deadlines, and client specifications.
• Manage inventory of paper, ink, and other print supplies, coordinating vendor relationships and procurement.
• Collaborate with sales, design, and prepress teams to ensure seamless job handoffs and accurate production.
• Track production costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
