- Expertise in membrane protein biology and receptor biology
- Experience with flow cytometry, imaging, and proteomics to support target validation
Responsibilities
- Provide scientific and operational leadership for a team supporting early target validation
- Lead the design and execution of cell-based and quantitative assays to evaluate membrane protein biology
- Establish scalable workflows to support multiple discovery programs
- Interpret experimental data and communicate actionable insights to project teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Discovery Sciences and AI organizations
- Identify and implement new technologies to enhance assay robustness and throughput
- Mentor and develop scientists, fostering rigor and accountability
