Job summary

Ll Oefentherapie is seeking a Lead Principal Data Center Infrastructure / Low Voltage & Cabling SME to serve as the senior field leader for LV infrastructure, structured cabling, fiber, telecom, controls integration, and OT readiness for assigned campuses, buildings, or systems.

You will provide hands-on leadership and coach LV, controls, and cabling teams to improve installation quality and startup readiness.

Job description

We are seeking a Lead Principal Data Center Infrastructure / Low Voltage & Cabling SME to serve as the senior field leader for low-voltage infrastructure, structured cabling, fiber, telecom, controls integration, and operational technology readiness for assigned campuses, buildings, or systems.

This role provides hands‑on leadership for critical digital infrastructure and controls scopes while coaching LV, controls, and cabling teams to improve installation quality, integration readiness, interoperability, startup execution, and operational reliability.

The Lead Principal Data Center Infrastructure / Low Voltage & Cabling SME acts as the connection point between the Digital LV Infrastructure & Controls Director and field controls, cabling, commissioning, startup, vendor, IT, and operations teams to ensure consistent standards, startup readiness, and integrated systems performance.

Onsite in Port Washington, WI preferred; otherwise, willing to travel 75%+
