Qualifications

Experience in low-voltage infrastructure and data center delivery.
Knowledge of LV cabling, fiber testing, and telecom infrastructure.
Experience with BMS/EPMS, controls integration, and OT.
Understanding of functional testing, sequence validation, startup readiness, turnover processes.
Ability to read drawings, specs, cabling plans, and turnover packages.

Responsibilities

Lead LV infrastructure, cabling, and controls onsite.
Coordinate structured cabling, fiber, telecom, and pathways.
Validate installation quality and routing coordination.
Support BMS/EPMS integration readiness and controls interoperability.
Coordinate testing, startup readiness, and turnover activities.
Mentor LV infrastructure, cabling, and controls personnel onsite.
