Qualifications

• Experience with low-voltage infrastructure, cabling, fiber, telecom, and controls integration in field projects.
• Ability to coordinate installation activities, document progress, and support testing and turnover.
• Willingness to work onsite with contractors, vendors, and commissioning teams to meet milestones.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day onsite execution and coordination of LV, cabling, fiber, telecom, and controls scopes.
• Coordinate structured cabling installation, fiber pathways, telecom infrastructure, and routing for integration and startup readiness.
• Support BMS/EPMS coordination, controls integration, and functional testing activities.
• Validate installation quality, pathway readiness, system labeling, and field execution progress.
• Identify, document, track, and escalate deficiencies, integration issues, and installation risks.
• Support testing preparation, turnover readiness, startup coordination, and integrated systems execution.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, commissioning teams, IT, and operations to maintain alignment.
• Support documentation accuracy, turnover package completeness, and readiness reporting.
