Qualifications

• Master's level degree in a mental health field.
• Active or registered intern status with State Licensing agency.
• 2+ years of clinical experience with clients preferred.
• Provisional or independent state licensure for behavioral health (or licensing eligibility).

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of substance use and mental health histories.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligning with recovery goals.
• Administer evidence-based therapies (CBT, MI, DBT, trauma-informed care).
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment as needed.
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers.
• Educate clients and families about treatment options and coping skills.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with policy and regulations.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and supervision.
• Advocate for clients' access to services and supports.
• Promote wellness and recovery with a strengths-based approach.
• Handle specimen collection and drug testing as required.
• Transport clients when necessary.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and safeguarding of client information.
