Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field from an accredited university.
• Active licensure as MFT, LCSW, LPC or associate level licensure accepted.
• Must have active state licensure registration.
• Experience in groups, family therapy, and individual therapy; addiction treatment experience.
• Weekend on-call availability and successful background checks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical evaluation, biopsychosocial assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy; crisis intervention as needed.
• Supervise interns and provisional clinicians; review and sign documentation.
• Maintain compliant electronic health records and prepare required reports.
• Deliver services per organizational standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Attend meetings, trainings, and participate in clinical supervision.
