Job summary

AMFM Healthcare seeks a Primary Therapist to provide high-quality care at the Vienna, VA facility. The role involves conducting evaluations, creating treatment plans, and delivering individual and group therapies, with on-call responsibilities as needed.

The position requires a Master's degree and active licensure (MFT/LCSW/LPCC) with state registration, and experience in addiction-related therapy within a clinical setting. Expect normal weekday hours with on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Masters degree or higher in a relevant field from an accredited university.
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). Associate licenses acceptable.
• Active registration with the state licensure board.
• Hands-on experience in Groups, Family Therapy, Individual Therapy, and with clients with addiction issues.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical evaluation, biopsychosocial assessment, client diagnosis, and interpretive summary.
• Prepare person-centered treatment plans, case management, consultation, education, and referral as needed.
• Provide crisis counseling and individual/group/family psychotherapy sessions.
• Review and sign clinical documentation by provisional-level clinicians and supervisees.
