Job summary

Spectrum Montessori-Woodbury, part of Endeavor Schools, seeks a Lead Primary Guide. You will develop and implement Montessori curricula, plan engaging activities, and document progress to support early childhood development.

Qualifications

• Must have accredited Montessori 3-6 training (or be in training with a projected graduation date)
• 2+ years in a Montessori classroom either as a lead or assistant guide
• 12 ECE credits and teacher qualified in the State of California
• Current background check
• Experience in Montessori environment preferred; willingness to learn Montessori philosophy
• Strong communication with parents and staff

Starting Pay: Hourly Pay $23.00-$26.00, depending on education and experience.

Are You Qualified?

If you have the following, we would love to speak with you:

• Must have accredited Montessori 3-6 training (or be in training with a projected graduation date)
• 2 plus years in a Montessori classroom either as a lead or assistant guide
• 12 ECE credits and teacher qualified in the State of California.
• Current background check
• Experience in a Montessori teaching environment is strongly preferred; a willingness to learn and follow the Montessori philosophy is required.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required.
• The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
