Job summary

Endeavor Schools is seeking a Lead Infant Teacher for Step by Step Montessori Plymouth, part of a nationwide network. You will develop and implement age-appropriate Montessori curriculum, lead engaging activities, and monitor each child’s progress in a supportive setting.

The role emphasizes safety, collaboration with parents and staff, and a caring approach to early childhood education at our Minnesota location. Competitive pay, tuition discounts, and career development are offered.

Qualifications

• CDA/AA required; Montessori Certification preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience required.
• Experience in a Montessori teaching environment is strongly preferred; willingness to learn Montessori philosophy.
• Strong communication skills with parents and staff.

Are You Qualified?

If you have the following, we would love to speak with you:

• CDA/AA required/Montessori Certification preferred
• 2-5 Years of Experience required
• State specific
• Experience in a Montessori teaching environment is strongly preferred; a willingness to learn and follow the Montessori philosophy is required.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required.
• The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
