Job summary

MicroTech is seeking a senior pricing professional to lead pricing workstreams for federal proposals and contract modifications. You will build auditable pricing models and coordinate inputs across capture, proposals, finance, contracts, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities include reviewing solicitations, translating requirements into pricing plans, and preparing cost narratives with supporting documents for submission.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in federal cost and price proposals.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS, DCAA/DCMA, and compensation analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, pivot tables, and scenario analysis.
