Job summary

Mill Rock Packaging seeks a Press Operator III to join our High-End Graphic Paperboard and Folding Carton production team in Minnesota. You will set up and operate a lithographic offset press, ensure high-quality output, and support the operations team with timely execution.

Key requirements include prior press experience and GED or high school equivalent. The role offers a night shift with a $1.50/hour differential and comprehensive benefits in a fast-paced industry.

Qualifications

• GED or high school equivalent required.
• Prior experience running a press machine.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Set up the press at start of shift and perform tasks: mount plates, install ink rollers, and screens as required.
• Review job orders to set up or adjust the printing machine.
• Direct the Press Feeder on responsibilities.
• Perform quality checks in line with the quality system requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance: cleaning, roller maintenance, and preventive inspections.
• Communicate with office and production to clarify job info as needed.
• Prepare press for shift changes or shutdowns.
