Job summary

Imagine is seeking an Operator, Analog Press, to manage all aspects of operating analog printing equipment (Flexo, Litho, Screen, Offset) to production and quality standards.

The role involves setting up presses, color mixing, color accuracy, and following procedures for optimal speed and print quality, with overtime as needed and a $1/hr shift differential on the 6:00pm–6:00am shift.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Preference given to candidates with prior press experience.

Responsibilities

• Reads job ticket instructions and sets up press as instructed.
• Performs make-ready/setup of screen press for proper color, ink viscosity, and print quality.
• Maintains optimum speed, registration, and print quality according to standards.
• Runs, adjusts, and troubleshoots production jobs on the screen press.
• Performs preventative maintenance.
• Keeps production logs and reports.
• Tracks labor and materials usage via data collection.
• Assists management with training and ink inventory.
• Maintains clean, orderly work area and disposes of waste properly.
• Interacts professionally with customers as needed.
• May perform prepress tasks such as screen prep or imaging.
