Nourish Early Learning is seeking a calm, heart-forward lead teacher to work with 3- to 5-year-olds in a child-centered, play-based setting. The leader will balance daily routines with guided play and supervise classroom assistants.

The role emphasizes developmentally appropriate curriculum, ongoing observation, parent communication, and a warm, inclusive classroom. A strong fit includes leadership, flexibility, and a love of children's growth.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience as a child care/preschool teacher.
• Knowledge of child development and up-to-date education methods.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Certificate in first aid and CPR is required or can be attained onsite.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with Nourish's philosophy and goals.
• Observe children to tailor activities and create child-led provocations.
• Lead and support classroom assistants; provide coaching and supervision.
• Communicate regularly with parents about development, daily activities, and milestones.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment; manage behavior positively.
