Learning Care Group in Plano, TX is seeking a Team Lead to guide classrooms, promote the social, physical and intellectual growth of children, and help implement engaging curricula every day. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, positive classroom culture, and reliable delivery of high-quality care.

You will lead classroom management and curriculum execution, mentor new hires, and communicate clearly with families to support child achievement and center success.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility leading a classroom and implementing lesson plans.
• College credits toward Early Childhood Education or Child Development, or a CDA is preferred.
• Ability to meet state licensing and accreditation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children in your care.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation.
• Communicate with families to promote child achievement and center success.
• Mentor new hires and fellow teachers to create engaging learning experiences.
• Serve as Director or Assistant Director in absence of leadership, including opening and closing.
