The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. You will create a safe, nurturing classroom where children learn through play using our L.E.A.P curriculum and age-appropriate activities.

You will build strong relationships with families and colleagues, communicating children's progress regularly through mobile apps and discussions. This role emphasizes caring, creativity, and a commitment to early childhood development.

Qualifications

• One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for preschool children.
• Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using engaging characters.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues to support play and learning.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their children's progress via apps and discussions.
